JOB OPENING

The Lincoln County Public Works Dept has one opening for a full-time Crusher Operator in the Department of Public Works, Highways Division. Under immediate supervision, performs skilled work in operating a variety of general crushing, stockpiling, and maintenance of equipment in the production of specification crushed surfacing for use on County roads and other County properties. These positions requires manual labor, do not supervise any other employees and reports to the crusher supervisor. The salary for this position starts ranges from Grade 1 Step 1 $2558 to Grade 2 Step 6 $3682 per month and depends on qualifications. In addition Crusher Premium Pay will apply after the six month orientation period.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum educational requirements are high school education or equivalent.
2. Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with necessary endorsements.
3. Minimum two (2) years experience operating heavy equipment.
