NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lincoln County Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to receive testimony on proposed administrative and substantive amendments to Title 16 - Land Divisions. The proposed amendments include; new private road standards for short subdivision proposals when there are over six (6) lots on a private road and the proposal is adjacent to a paved County road; additional definitions; time criteria and domestic water options for short platting. This is a non-project action.
The hearing is scheduled for November 19th, 2007 at 1:00PM in the lower level of the Lincoln County Courthouse, 450 Logan Street, Davenport, WA. For additional information on this proposal, please contact Lincoln County Land Services at 509-725-7911 located at 27234 SR 25 N, Davenport, WA 99122 .
