Planning Commission

The Lincoln County Planning Commission has scheduled a public meeting to address the annual election of officers and review of the by-laws and Comprehensive Plan, if needed.

Also, the Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to receive testimony on the proposal and consider recommending to the Board of County Commissioners preliminary plat approval of the “Ridgeview Subdivision.” The proposal is to create an eighty-two (82) lot subdivision for residential use ranging from app. 0.5 acres to 2.6 acres, for middle to upper income housing units. The proposal will be required to be served by a WA State DOE/DOH approved water system and all proposed septic systems, either individual or group, must be constructed to WA state and local environmental health standards. On-site crushing of road materials is proposed for approximately 7500 linear feet of private road(s). A park area is proposed and in addition, the steep rocky slopes shall remain in their natural state.

LOCATION OF PROPOSAL: 29990 Seven Bays Rd E, Seven Bays, WA 99122. Section 13, Township 27 North, Range 35 East, Lincoln County.


The hearing is scheduled for Monday, January 14, 2008 at 1:00PM at the Lincoln County Courthouse (downstairs), 450 Logan Street, Davenport, Washington.
